Dave's Lock & Key History

Dave's Lock & Key was opened by David South in 1956.  The 7th Ave location was one of the first commercial buildings to open in that area of Bozeman in the 1950's.  David sold the business in 1986 to Winston & Carole Morrissey, who expanded into the adjoining retail area to increase showroom space and provide more product displays in order to better assist customers. In January of 2014, James and Mary Hanna, purchased the business.  Adrian Holley purchased the business from James and Mary in September of 2023. Dave's Lock & Key is known locally for quality products, accurately cut keys, and superb customer service.
 

Adrian Holley- Spent the last eight years as a locksmith for Montana State University in Bozeman. He is a board member for the Associated Locksmith of America- Security Professionals Association, INC serving as the Northwest Regional Director. He is a member of the Safe and Vault Association, and the Northwest Locksmith Association. Adrian is a Certified Professional Locksmith (CPL) as well as a Life Safety Fire Door Inspector (LSFDI).

Outside of locksmithing Adrian is an avid hunter, skier and fisherman. He is devoted husband and father of two children.
