Dave’s Lock & Key 30 Day Warranty

We strive to provide our customers with only the best door hardware and the most accurately cut keys in Montana. One way we can provide excellent service to you is to warranty our work.

What this means to our customers:

1. Every product purchased from our company and installed by our professional Locksmith technicians will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you if such repair or replacement is requested prior to 30 days after the initial work was completed.

2. Rekeying, adjusting or repairing your existing hardware will be guaranteed for no more than 30 days after the work is completed. We will return to the job location to rekey, adjust or repair your hardware at no cost to you during the first 30 days after the work was initially completed. Additional return service calls for the same or similar issue will not be covered under this warranty.

3. Every key that we duplicate and sell will operate the appropriate lock(s) or we will replace the key at no charge to you as long as the key we duplicated from properly operates the appropriate lock(s). This does not apply to key blanks purchased elsewhere and cut by us.

This limited warranty does not cover or include:

1. Products that you have purchased elsewhere and hired us to install, rekey, modify and/or service; or

2. Duplicating from worn out or non-working keys; or

3. Keys made from code; or

4. Keys made from a VIN (Vehicle Identification Number); or

5. Batteries or the replacement of batteries; or

6. Used locks and/or hardware purchased from our company; or

7. Immediate response to repair, replace or remedy the issue.

We reserve the right to change, modify or remove our warranty coverage at any time for any reason with or without notice.
